Lyfely return policy 

Due to the nature of the supplements and our commitment to protecting everyone’s health, we can only accept returns if the items are faulty. In the unusual event that a product is faulty, please contact customerservice@lyfely.com ASAP and one of our team will work with you to ensure everything is sorted.

Defects

If there is a manufacturer’s defect with the product, please contact us immediately at customerservice@lyfely.com upon discovery of the defect to make arrangements for the return of the product at no cost to you.

Damage

Please inspect your order upon receipt for damage, or if the package was damaged in transit, you must contact us at customerservice@lyfely.com within seven (7) days to make arrangements for the product’s return at no cost to you.
